A lot of my calendar lives in Scottsdale. I've played Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town, Andaz Scottsdale on the resort corridor, and the golf-club rooms at Troon North and McCormick Ranch, and every one of those rooms asks for something different. A mid-century ballroom carries sound differently than a lawn under the McDowells, and knowing that before load-in is half the job.
Scottsdale weddings tend to split the night across spaces: ceremony on a lawn or terrace, cocktails in a courtyard, reception in the ballroom. My wedding packages include dedicated setups for each, so the music never drops while your guests move, and a lapel mic for your officiant is standard. Travel anywhere in Scottsdale is included; it's all inside my 100-mile radius.
